Biography
As a psychotherapist who specializes in sex therapy, I don't see sexuality as separate from the rest of our lives. Intimacy, desire, pleasure, and connection are shaped by our relationships, our nervous system, and our life experiences. Together, we'll explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion to create greater understanding and more intentional choices
Therapy is an invitation into an honest conversation. My commitment is to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and supported as we make sense of your experiences together. You don't need to have everything figured out before you arrive—only a willingness to be curious about what is possible

My goals are to empower individuals like you to embrace your own superpowers and connect with all parts of self - your strengths, abilities, creativity, and desires - to build a healthier, more fulfilling life

I identify as a cisgender, queer, LatinX, neurospicy, sex positive woman. I am a sister, daughter, aunt, friend, brat and sometimes lover. I have a history of childhood trauma, eating disorders and work through life managing my anxiety and OCD. I am a forever student and spend way too much time trying to learn everything! When not studying, I am an avid gym-goer, foodie, taphophile, enjoy burlesque, prefer documentaries to fiction, and most recently exploring taxidermy

These are all parts of me, some of which I didn’t dream for myself but of which I now view as my superpowers. With all these parts in tow, I show up authentically and transparently in our growing relationship

Practice Information
Description of Practice
Relationships shape how we experience ourselves, our bodies, our sexuality, and the world around us. Whether you're struggling with intimacy, communication, desire, trauma, anxiety, grief, neurodivergence, or major life transitions, therapy offers an opportunity to better understand the patterns that have brought you here and create meaningful change. I work with individuals and relationships from all backgrounds, identities, sexual orientations, genders, and relationship structures. My practice is LGBTTQ+ affirming, sex-positive, trauma-informed, and inclusive

I sit across from you as the perfectly, flawed human that I am with an open invitation for you to join me for an intimate conversation.  We refer to this as the “work” and while it can be challenging, I will do my best to create an environment that is safe,  full of compassion, and provide a non-judgmental environment with my great desire to know you.  I ask you to simply show up and be open to the discovery ahead.

I love stories, and I hold a deep passion for people and their stories - they are how we make sense of the world and connect with one another

Culturally, I was exposed to storytelling in my childhood, as a way of connecting with loved ones by sharing knowledge, moments of sadness, joyful endeavours, and the earnest dreams that tomorrow would bring

My life has been a series of unexpected endings, none of them perfect, but all of them leading me here, to this privileged work. I embrace my insatiable curiosity to explore, understand, and appreciate your unique story, just as it is
