Stephanie’s passion lies in helping clients process and heal trauma in a safe and supportive environment. She believes our brains and bodies are the key to healing—and that through evidence-based trauma approaches, people can reduce symptoms, reclaim resilience, and move toward wellness. Stephanie has a Master’s Degree in social work and has been working in the mental health field for 15 years. She enjoys working with individuals, couples, families, and youth, and has had the privilege of supporting diverse communities, including faith communities, LGBTQ2+ folks and Indigenous peoples.
