Biography
I have been supporting individuals and families in mental health and community settings since 2011. I believe that each individual has the innate capacity to heal from trauma and overcome personal challenges and I aim to provide a safe space to facilitate movement towards that path. My approach is grounded in building a collaborative and compassionate environment where the individual can explore their inner world and emotions with support and guidance.

I am a Registered Social worker with over 14 years of experience supporting individuals and families in mental health and community settings. I received my Bachelor of Social work degree from the University of Victoria and a Masters of Social work from Wilfrid Laurier University.
