Specialized Training and Methods Used
My practice is grounded in trauma-informed, feminist, queer-affirming, and culturally aware care. I integrate Narrative Therapy to help clients re-author empowering stories, Somatic approaches to support nervous system healing, and Internal Family Systems to foster compassion and self-leadership. Together, these modalities support healing across mind, body, and emotions, creating space for growth, resilience, and reconnection to one’s inner strengths.
