Description of Practice
I offer trauma-informed therapy and heart-centred yoga for people navigating transition, burnout, grief, and change. Rooted in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that healing happens both in and beyond the therapy room, this work blends relational therapy, narrative and parts-based approaches, and embodied practices. You have your choice of talk or somatic therapy. Sessions invite slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and creating meaningful, sustainable change.
Specialized Training and Methods Used
My work draws on advanced training in narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Gottman Method, and sex and relationship therapy. I also integrate trauma-informed, somatic, and yoga-based practices to support nervous system regulation and embodied healing. This integrative approach helps clients understand their inner world, shift stuck patterns, and build healthier, more connected relationships to others and their own Self.
