Description of Practice
Sunray Family Counselling led by Kiran Dhingra Stenstrom, MSW RCSW is a safe, supportive space where children, teen girls, parents and families can get the help they need to move from overwhelm and worry toward confidence, connection and emotional wellbeing. I provide play therapy; counselling for teen girls; parent counselling and family therapy. My goal is to meet each individual's unique needs, foster emotional growth, empower parents and nurture a foundation for lifelong family bonds.
