Biography

I was born in Gander, NL and grew up in eastern and central Canada. After graduating from college, I moved from Ottawa to Edmonton in 1982. It was there I discovered my passion for being of service to others and entered the helping professions as a Child and Youth Counsellor. After earning my degrees I have practiced as a registered social worker and practiced in both Edmonton, and Victoria, BC. My spouse and I now live in the Blueberry Commons Farm Co-op in Powell River, BC.
